Direct Shipping

Bodiva is a U.S.-based online store. To keep shipping costs low and offer free shipping on eligible orders, we ship products directly from our supplier warehouses to our customers.

Depending on the product and destination, orders may be shipped from an international supplier warehouse, including China or another country outside your own.

Import Fees

Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged upon delivery depending on your location and local regulations. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Bodiva does not cover or refund import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Delivery Times

Due to our direct shipping model, the average delivery time is 2–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

Australia & New Zealand: Free shipping on orders above $60. Orders below $60. will be charged a $10.45 shipping fee.

United Kingdom: Free shipping on all orders.

United States & Canada: Free shipping on orders above $45. Orders below $45 will be charged a $10.45 shipping fee.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking code within a few days once your order has been processed.

Please note that tracking codes may take approximately 3–5 business days to become active, as the package moves through multiple shipping and carrier systems.

You can use your tracking code to follow delivery updates once it becomes active.
