At BODIVA™, we want you to shop with confidence. Hair is personal — and we understand that not every tool is the perfect fit for everyone. That’s why we offer flexible return options to help you find the BODIVA™ product that works best for you.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you ordered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Options
✅ Free Returns for Store Credit (Recommended)
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for free store credit. Store credit allows you to:
- Try another BODIVA™ product better suited to your hair type or styling needs
- Upgrade to a more powerful tool
- Choose from our accessories and essentials
This option includes free return shipping and is our fastest resolution.
💳 Refunds to Original Payment Method
You may also choose to return your item for a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned in original condition
- All accessories, packaging, tags, and liners must be included
- Products must not show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially at our discretion.
- You must also be able to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: A small return freight fee will be deducted from your refund (amount depends on your location)
2. How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to fully process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us immediately at info@getbodiva.com so we can assist you further.
